Terms & Conditions
1. General These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the River Roze webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products All products are carefully put together with love and attention. As many items are fully or partly handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur. These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered grounds for complaints or returns.
3. Prices All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. River Roze reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Orders After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. River Roze reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of incorrect information, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.
5. Payment Payment must be completed in full using one of the available payment methods at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. River Roze does not store your payment details. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Delivery River Roze aims to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. River Roze cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Jewellery - excluded for hygiene reasons
- Handmade items - due to their unique, handcrafted nature
- Personalised or custom-made items - made specifically for you
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us via the contact form before returning any item.
7b. Right of Withdrawal If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us via the contact form before returning the item. Please note that the exceptions listed in section 7 apply - jewellery, handmade, and personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Legal Warranty As a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty under EU law. This means that any product that is defective or not as described at the time of delivery will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible.
9. Liability River Roze is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products. We are also not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from delayed or incomplete deliveries.
10. Complaints If you have a complaint, please contact us via the contact form. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to find a suitable solution together. ♡
In accordance with EU regulations, you may also submit disputes via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr
11. Privacy Your personal data is used solely for processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary for order fulfilment. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
