Return Policy
Returns You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition and packaging
Exceptions Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Jewellery - for hygiene reasons, all jewellery is excluded from returns
- Handmade items - each piece is carefully crafted by hand and is therefore non-returnable
- Personalised or custom-made items - these are made especially for you and cannot be returned
Return Process Would you like to return an item? Please contact us first via the contact form before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, you'll receive clear instructions on how to proceed.
Return Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received something damaged or not quite right? Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the item. We'll make sure to find the right solution for you ♡
